At Sportiyy, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Sportiyy product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, discounted or sale items.
Please email contact@sportiyy.com or call [phone number] to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Return shipping costs will be paid or reimbursed by Sportiyy for defective, damaged, incorrect or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Refunds will be issued once items are inspected and approved upon return to our warehouse. Approved refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to request an exchange. Approved exchanges will be shipped to you free of charge. We are unable to offer price adjustments for exchanged items if the new selection is a lower price.
Sale and Discounted Items Due to the nature of sale or clearance merchandise, Sportiyy does not accept returns or provide refunds on these items unless they arrive defective or damaged. We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit if you are unsatisfied with your discounted purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us right away providing photos of damage or defects and order information. We will provide a prepaid return label via email so you can send the defective item back to us for a refund.
